These jackpots are ABRA approved - You DO need an ABRA membership or permit to enter

Every contestant will need to purchase an Annual $5.00 YAS membership if you do not already have one

Entry Fees:

Pee Wee (10 years of age and udner) - $5.00

Youth (16 years of age and under) - $20.00

Open (17 years of age and over) - $30.00

Exhibition $5.00

Riding a horse in warm up that is not in jackpot $5/horse

ABRA Memberships or permits can be purchased on the website at www.albertabarrelracing.ca

Pee Wee Membership - $30.00

Pee Wee Permit - $15.00

Youth Membership - $85.00

Youth Permit - $30.00

Open Membership - $110.00

Open Permit - $30.00

The difference between the Permit and membership is that the permit will allow you to be covered by the ABRA Insurance, but you need to have a membership to qualify for the ABRA finals in Ponoka in August of each year

These jackpots are lots of fun and great for any age group and skill level.

REMINDER: EDSON ABRA JACKPOT RULE CHANGES:

Just a few things are changing for our jackpots going forward:

1) If you bring horses to ride in the warm up but are not riding in the jackpot or exhibitioning, it will be $5.00/horse

2) Exhibition runs are increasing from $2.00 to $5.00

We are not getting a lot of people and we need to be able to cover the arena rent - these new rules will help.
